This is a patch release for ICC that fixes a minor database migration issue for the Configuration model. The migration issue has existed in earlier IMPEX-releases but did not cause any problems. The latest Django upgrade in 2.9.0 caused it to become a problem due to changed validation code in the lower database layers.
